1. Returns
Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, customized products, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at support@onemauka.com or through your order history in the OneMauka account.
2. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account / OneMauka wallet, as per your preference.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
We currently allow size/color exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.
If the desired product is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.
4. Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
A full refund or replacement will be provided once the claim is verified.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order can only be returned after delivery as per the policy above.
