At OneMauka, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the lowest possible cost. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.
You will receive real-time tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive an SMS/Email notification with a tracking ID.
You can track your order on the OneMauka website or through our delivery partner’s portal.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier partner issues, or public holidays.
In case of significant delays, our support team will proactively inform you.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will process a refund after deducting shipping charges.
